A Community of Difference Makers

The Circle of Caring, also known as Seton Circles, is a group centered on collaborative giving through a simple process:

1. 1. Members make donations, which are pooled and granted annually.
   2. At the Annual Luncheon, hospital staff present project proposals for consideration of members.
   3. Members collectively vote on which projects to fund.
   4. Project is funded and impact begins.

Membership is open to anyone committed to the mission to care for all, with special attention to the poor and vulnerable. Most often, this includes:

• • • Local businesses investing in their community.
    • Patients giving back to their caregivers.
    • Neighbors who want great healthcare in their backyard.
    • Associates going beyond the call of duty.

The Circle of Caring brings high impact projects to life through community-based giving. These projects will make a patient’s experience more comfortable or a caregiver’s job a little easier. This is a collaborative program: projects are proposed by frontline staff and
voted on by Circle Members. Examples include infant loss support, vein finders, specialty wheelchairs, and veterans’ recognition programs.

Membership

Membership is open to persons interested in supporting Ascension Seton Hays through annual membership gifts.

Business Levels

Title Sponsor: $5,000

Program Sponsor: $2,500

Circle of Caring memberships include an annual impact report, invites to exclusive hospital events, and chances to
connect with fellow members and hospital leaders.
